Refund Policy

If you have not activated your texts yet, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once texts begin, the purchase is final.

If you have not started the assessment, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once results are delivered, the purchase is final.

Reschedule any session at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Unused sessions in a package can be refunded at the per-session rate within 30 days of purchase. Completed sessions are not refundable.

Email jarrell@iforgothowtoquit.com with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
