When you take the 4A Reset Quiz or the Reset Assessment, we save your answers and results. When you save results, sign up, or buy, we collect your name and email. When you join the 30-day accountability texts, we collect your first name and mobile number. When you book a call, we collect the details you give in the booking form.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We also record basic, anonymous page visits to understand how the site is used.

To show you your results, give you access to your dashboard, deliver what you bought, send the texts and emails you asked for, schedule coaching, and personally follow up about your reset. Quiz and assessment results are self-reflection tools, not medical or psychological diagnosis.

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with the services that run this site: payment processing (Stripe), text delivery (GatewayAPI), scheduling (Calendly), email delivery, and secure hosting. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing jarrell@iforgothowtoquit.com.
